Home Health Nurse (RN) - Team Home Health
The Home Health Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence, through holistic assessment, planning, and education according to patient need.
The primary responsibilities include monitoring vital signs and performing tests, caring for wounds or injuries, assessing healing, and administering treatments. Nurses also observe and document changes in psychological and social factors such as behavior and progress, eating habits, compliance to treatment plan, and overall mood.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse (RN) with a current, unrestricted PA license or Nurse Compact license. BSN is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year bedside nursing experience required, preferably in Acute Care. This position requires an active Pennsylvania Driver's license with traveling in one's personal vehicle to perform job duties.
