Patient Financial Advocates at Fulton County Medical Center can navigate Financial Assistance the hospital offers that best suits you. Financial Advocates are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm by a scheduled appointment or by walk-in to help you.

Medical Assistance
Pennsylvania provides Medical Assistance to ensure free medical and healthcare coverage to individuals with low incomes or with disabilities. The financial advocates will assist with the application process.Charity Care/FCMC Helps Program 26
Discounted healthcare services can be provided to individuals who are uninsured and do not meet the qualifications for Medical Assistance. Discounted services may be available based on household income and assets. This discount can be approved at 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% on the patient’s self-pay balance.Self-Pay Discount
Discounted healthcare services to uninsured individuals who do not qualify for Medical Assistance or Charity CareExtended Payment Plan
Patients who have an out-of-pocket expense may be eligible for a payment plan based on the amount owed. Financial Advocates can assist in setting these plans up to assist in payment.Patient Financial Advocates are available at any time of the collection process, before services, during services, or after services to assist in navigating available Financial Assistance and payment options.
