Monday

  • Pound - 10:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m. - Fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart pumping workout.
  • Balance/ Cardio - 2:00 p.m. - Balance/Cardio is a good total body work out. Class begins with stretching and transitions into the balance portion of the class which includes performing various balance poses. Participants have the option to use balance foams to challenge themselves more. The Cardio portion of the class is done with hand-held weights.
  • Ignite Dance Fit - 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - is a music-driven group exercise class that incorporates Latin, hip-hop, African, and bhangra dancing along with boxing, aerobics, HIIT, and more. The class is suitable for all fitness levels with the option to use weighted gloves for increased intensity. Our music makes you want to move, and the choreography is designed to be easy to follow for maximum fun while getting a great cardiorespiratory workout. With our signature "Track 6" and "Reach the Peak" tracks, try one class and you'll be hooked!

Tuesday

  • Silver Sneakers - 9:00 a.m. - Fun, energizing program that helps older adults improve and maintain their strength and balance.
  • IGNITE Barre - 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. - Barre focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance using ballet-inspired movements with and without the barre. Using your own body weight as well as free weights, you will gain strength and develop a fully toned body. Our music-driven choreography is what makes IGNITE Barre so much fun. We have options for all fitness levels - as well as pregnancy options. This just might be your new favorite class!
  • Zumba by Julie - 6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. - Zumba® consists of dance and aerobic exercise routines performed to popular, mainly Latin-American music.

Wednesday

  • Silver Sneakers - 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - Fun, energizing program that helps older adults improve and maintain their strength and balance.
  • Pilates with Caroline - 10:00 AM - Multi-level mat-based class focusing on strengthening, stretching, correct posture, and breathing.
  • Body Sculpting 11:00 AM - Strength training class using varied equipment such as dumbbells, stability balls, tubes, and a mat.
  • Yoga with Julie - 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Yoga is the practice of uniting the body, mind, and spirit. Physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation help improve flexibility, strength, and muscle tone and facilitate mind-body integration and total relaxation. Our practice will vary from week to week to include Kemetic, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative offerings.
  • Buns and Guns - 6:15 p.m. - This strength training class will help you build lean muscle, increase muscular strength, improve bone building, enhance cognitive function, and support weight management.

Thursday

  • Silver Sneakers - 9:00 a.m. - Fun, energizing program that helps older adults improve and maintain their strength and balance.
  • Dancing to the Oldies - 4:30 p.m. - An aerobic dance class of moderate intensity with music taking you back to the good 'ole days! Great cardio workout.
  • Pilates by Ginny - 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Pilates is a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso.

Friday

  • Silver Sneakers - 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - Fun, energizing program that helps older adults improve and maintain their strength and balance.
  • Pound - 10:00 a.m. - Fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout.
  • Pilates with Caroline - 11:00 AM - Multi-level mat-based class focusing on strengthening, stretching, correct posture, and breathing.

Staffed Gym Hours

  • Monday - 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
  • Tuesday - 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
  • Wednesday - 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
  • Thursday - 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
  • Friday - 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.

Membership Costs

$200.00 per year or $20.00 a month.

Membership includes the use of the gym and all classes offered.

Silver Sneakers and Silver and Fit Members can continue to use their benefits. A physician's order is not required to participate.
